    暖暖的紫薯醪糟

        一向喜欢红紫色的食物,暖暖的感觉十分舒服。北方的红色食物很少,除了西红柿、西瓜,记忆中小时候只有自家后院种的红苋菜是红色的,妈妈总喜欢揪一把来下汤面,不管面还是汤都红艳艳的。

        在武汉读书的时候喜欢上了红菜苔,酸辣、清炒都对胃口。大学的第一年寒假,临走前跑到市场,扛了两斤洪山的红菜苔回去,当时北方还没有,爸妈都觉得很新鲜。

        一路向南,可能是热带气候的缘故,深圳的红色食物可真是多,特别是那些亚热带的水果,最好吃要数一种海南产的紫心火龙果。自从发现了紫甘蓝,以前爱吃的卷心菜也少买了,手撕包菜升级为紫色版。还有最最爱吃的紫心红薯,健脾强肾,补益人体最好不过,最宜煮粥或糖水。

        最简单的紫薯糖水,只要把紫薯和红糖一起煮开,加些切得细细的姜丝,味道好好,养胃养颜。每月月事后,把紫薯切成小小的滚刀块,和醪糟一起大火煮开,小火慢熬20分钟,气血虚的再打个蛋花,一碗色泽芬芳甜香扑鼻补气养血的紫薯醪糟就新鲜出炉啦。
